3. What if my credit card payment did not succeed
Payments by credit card may fail because of bank authorization and payment security systems. When you have trouble making a payment via credit card, you may contact your issuing bank directly.

The following reasons account for most of the cases of credit card payment failure:
A. The number of credit cards on your account is beyond the limit---do not use too many credit cards, or your payment would fail.
B. The transaction amount may exceed your credit limit – make sure the order value is not above your spending limit. If you are unsure about that, contact your card issuer to find out.
C. You may not have provided your card information all correct. Any mistake in the card information including card number, expiry date, card verification number or password (if any) would result in payment failure.
D. Your credit card may not support online transactions. Confirm with your card issuer about this.
E. Your card may not be accepted by our payment system. At present, we can only accept Visa/MasterCard credit or debit cards. Check your card type before you make payment.
F. Insufficient funds in the card, especially a debit card, can also cause payment failure.
G. Your card issuer may deny authorization for some security reasons. You can try contacting them to confirm your card ownership.
H. System processing error can occur sometimes, which also leads to payment failure. Try again when that happens.
